The training reservation is binding upon payment, and the contract becomes effective immediately. If a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid via the shop two weeks before the start of the seminar.
In case of illness, the customer has the option of rescheduling the training to another date with a medical certificate. Without such certificate, the entire deposit will be forfeited. In case of cancellation after the date of purchase, the deposit will be charged as cancellation compensation, and no refund will be issued.
