Mit dem Kauf dieses Produkts stimme ich zu, dass die Elanore Beauty GmbH mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnt. Ich habe zur Kenntnis genommen, dass ich mit dieser Zustimmung mit Beginn der Vertragsausführung mein Widerrufsrecht verliere.
Mit meiner Bestellung akzeptiere ich die AGB und das darin enthaltene Widerrufsrecht.
Die Schulung wird durch die Zahlung verbindlich reserviert, und der Vertrag wird sofort wirksam. Bei einer Anzahlung muss die offene Restsumme zwei Wochen vor Seminarbeginn über den Shop beglichen werden.
Im Krankheitsfall hat der Kunde mit ärztlichem Nachweis die Möglichkeit, die Schulung auf einen anderen Zeitpunkt zu verlegen. Ohne einen solchen Nachweis verfällt die komplette Anzahlung. Bei Stornierung ab dem Kaufdatum wird die Anzahlung als Ausfallentschädigung berechnet, und eine Rückerstattung erfolgt nicht.
